MotionWarm Air-Insulation Outerwear
Adjustable Air-Insulated Jacket
Integrated air chambers across the front torso and back create a controllable layer of insulation. Air can be added for colder conditions and released when less insulation or a lower-profile fit is preferred.

Adjustable Insulation
Insulation that changes with the conditions
The jacket combines a conventional outerwear structure with inflatable front and back panels. The volume of trapped air can be adjusted without changing the entire garment or adding another clothing layer.
Adjustable Air Layer
Increasing the air volume expands the insulating chambers. Releasing air reduces their thickness and returns the jacket to a flatter profile.
Core-Zone Coverage
Inflatable panels are positioned across the chest, abdomen and back, concentrating the air-insulation structure around the central body area.
Lower Bulk When Deflated
When less insulation is required, the air can be released to reduce volume for indoor use, active movement, layering or storage.
Integrated Jacket Structure
The air chambers are built into a wearable jacket with a full front zipper, stand collar, long sleeves and zippered hand pockets.

Operating Principle
Add air, retain it, and release it when needed
The insulation level changes through the amount of air held inside the garment chambers. The same operating principle applies across different inflation configurations.
Inflation hardware may use a manual or powered configuration according to the selected garment design. The air-insulation principle remains unchanged.

1
Add Air
Air enters the internal chamber system until the preferred panel volume is reached.
2
Retain Air
The valve system closes to keep air distributed inside the connected front and back chambers during wear.
3
Release Air
Air can be discharged when a lighter level of insulation, less volume or easier packing is required.
Use Environments
Designed for changing cold-weather conditions
The adjustable air layer supports product development for outdoor travel, winter recreation and daily cold-weather use where insulation needs may change during movement, rest or transitions between outdoor and indoor spaces.

Active Winter Sports
Adjustable panel volume for changing levels of movement and exposure.

Mountain Travel
Core-zone insulation integrated into a conventional jacket silhouette.

Cold-Weather Camping
Air volume can be increased during low-activity periods and released later.

Outdoor Utility
A practical outerwear format for travel, work and everyday outdoor use.
